If this is the first time you've used No Click Rip or if you've never ripped a DVD before, you're more than likely going to need all the prerequisites. Don't get overwhelmed though, as the process is fairly easy! Just follow the guide below to getting started!

1. Purchase & Install AnyDVD AnyDVD handles the decryption of all modern DVDs. While using any DVD decrypter will work, only AnyDVD is currently supported by No Click Rip. Although expensive, AnyDVD will allow unencrypted access of the DVD from any program on your PC.
2. Download & Install HandBrake HandBrake is the software package that will combine all the contents of the DVD and encode it into an unrestricted format for all your devices. Works with iPod, Apple TV, Windows Media Center!
3. Optional - Setup a DVDXML.com Account DVDXML.com is a community driven site that aggregates all the DVDID XML files generated by Windows Media Center and provides meta data for the movie. While this step is optional, it does facilitate unattended workflow. If you don't want to spend the extra money on the API account, you can always sign up for a free account and fill the information in by hand when No Click Rip asks for it.
4. Install No Click Rip Using the setup file you downloaded from this page, install No Click Rip. When you first launch the program, it will attempt to locate HandBrake (as long as you used the default location, it shouldn't have a problem). Set a final directory in the export tab if you'd like to move your DVDs once they've been ripped. In the import tab, use the username and password you created in step 3. Go back to the General tab and click start. Insert a DVD and bam! Ripping automatically starts. If your final directory is a watched folder on a Media Center PC, you should be able to view the new movie just like below!
